show us your life: mission trips!

I was so excited to see that this weeks "Show us your Life" topic on Kelly's Korner is MISSION TRIPS! If you know me well, you know how passionate I am about my trip to Guatemala City last spring.

I posted my journal from the trip here to share with those that supported me.

I could talk for days and days about my trip and how it has impacted my life. I witnessed extreme, extreme poverty and despair while in Guatemala City. However, I also got to witness how God is working in Guatemala and the wonderful things He is doing for the people there that have SO much love for Him. My relationship with God was changed so drastically in time leading up to my trip and while in Guatemala. The people I met while I was there will always have a special place in my heart. I look forward to the next mission that God calls me on..whether it's in Guatemala or somewhere else!
